I am using S4/2.8 mounts and they have lasted longer than the original..

Default 2.8 and S4 mounts are the same.
1.8T mounts are different from the 2.8/S4, and from the RS4.

Default I just installed 2 new stock mounts rockauto.com about $20 each...
Is it really worth trying to sell them to buy a different set? Like DungBeetle said, you have them may as well install them. As far as how long the originals lasted, 85k miles / 7 years. I doubt I will have this car in 7 years. And as far as mileage I doubt I will get another 50k miles on the car if I do have it for the next 7 years.
