Default Poll: Is a Dremel big enough to trim a Reiger for an Evo Intercooler?

I pretty much had the crap scared out of me when ppl were talking about how much work it'd be to install the Reiger. For you guys who've done the trimming, would you use a Dremel?

Default I use my dremel for sharpening my chain saws, that's about it.. They're pretty useless..

for anything auto related..

Default fwiw, I didn't need to trim much to get the EVO FMIC to fit behind my stock cover. yes with a dremel

I also lowered it almost 2", which made more of it visable and fit even easier.

also, my hard pipes near the FMIC are cut and I'm using hose + Tbolts in order to get the pipes to fit behind the cover and get the grilles back in.

Default they're useful

Default yeah, dremel will work fine.

If you have to cut the rebar... get something bigger.

Default Black & Decker make a better (more powerful) rotary tool

I used this B&D RTX to grinds some large welds off my car.
It worked pretty good. 2 amps versus Dremels 1.15 makes
a difference.

But for about $130 you can get a Makita 6.6 amp rotary.<ul><li><a href="http://www.amazon.com/Black-Decker-RTX-1-Variable-Accessories/dp/B000050FBB">RTX</a></li></ul>

Default I've done the same and shortened the tubes and was able to get the side grilles back in,

I like the look much better that way.

Default I have air tools... no need for electrical tools.. =)

The only tools I prefer in electric are drills, saws and sanders..
