after searchin the archives for a bit, I couldn't quite find the answer. I shut my car off today, got out of the car and went to lock it with the remote. It wouldn't lock. So i figured it was the battery.(even though i just replaced it about 4 months ago) so i got back in the car locked it by the inside switch. All the doors lock except the drivers door. When i press lock it goes down 1/4 of the way then it stops. So basically it seems like i cant lock my drivers side door. Any fixes or short term fixes because i go to college and i can guarentee my sh*t will be stolen real quick if my doors are unlocked.

why not lock it with the remote from the outside then use the key on the drivers door from the outside and manually lock it? As far as fixing it..you probably need to take off the door panel and see if something came unhooked or needs replaced. I haven't had that problem, so can't help much further than that.

Thanks for the tip i forgot the key on the outside can lock the door. Well i guess ill call the warranty company see if they honor it, hopefully they do, thanks man.

Me with the keys, and him without, he had to figure out a way to lock all the doors from the button on the inside, It took another guy helping him think but they got that if you have only the passenger door open, reach over to teh drivers pwr lock button, and then you can close the pass. door. I was on the floor while he told me the story later, but it's true! you gotta do that if you don't have the keys!
