problem starting in cold
lately my car (99 a4 quattro 1.8t) has had trouble starting when it's real cold. this morning it was 10 deg F when i started it. it takes probably about 15 seconds of cranking and giving it gas before it starts. when it finally starts, it stumbles a bit, but it seems to run fine after running for like 20-30 seconds. i don't notice any difference while i'm driving. it has no difficulty starting back up if i go in the store for 1/2 hour or anything like that. the CEL has not come on at all. should i hook up my vag-com to see if it tells me anything, or is that going to be a waste since the CEL has not come on? any ideas?
