Problem w/ Brakes or Engine?
I have a slight shaking problem in mainly my steering wheel but possibly the whole car. My rear brake ARE pretty low could this possibly b e the problem or could there be a problem with the engine. The brake fluid is topped off as well. If anyone know what might be the problem i appreciate your post.

Need to be a little more specific
Does it happen when braking or accelerating or neither? I doubt rear brakes would have anything to do with shaking in the steering wheel. Most likely you have warped rotors, a bent rim or a wheel out of balance.

mine was shaking real bad when braking at highway speeds. only some pulsing when braking in the city. I had warped rotors up front. replaced them and she's smooth again.
not really enough info in your post, but if the symptoms are the same as mine it's almost certainly your rotors. not a hard DIY
