pulled + lubed my hyperboost bpv today -- seems to have resolved some of the power loss . . .
I was experiencing. I believe that the piston was binding and either not fully opening or closing. This would explain why the problem was so intermittent(as temp could have had something to do with it)-- I used mobile synth grease-- and wil probably check it every few months from now on.

Is the valve installed correctly?
do you have boost actually pushing onto the valve itself? Did you install the valve just like stock?
