yep ... long extension/wobble extension will make life easier

how long of an exten? and can i do the work without using a lift or ramps?

Default all i can tell you is that it sucks. alot.

and that the cat nuts are welded on. do not try to undo them. that makes the job suck more. alot more.

if you remove the heat shield over the axle you dont really need an extension, but a large varity of wrenches and sockets helps.

yeah.. remove the axle cv joint cover on the passenger to make more space to work

you need the front on jackstands or ramps

ramps were not high enough imho. but i was on a creeper.

Default On a downhill with ramps you would be high enough. I did it using jackstands

in a parking lot... not fun; but doable
