yeah, but it will light up the whole housing...
and someone who thinks my low beam is a high beam would be further inclined to believe that, if they thought my city light was the low beam... cause we've got some dumb mother f***ers up here.

DO IT!! This is what you want, it's cool to only have your city lights on.

It's one of those things that you just have to do. Once the wiring is in front of you it's not so complicated. Email me and I can send you more picures and info if that would help. Here's another diagram. This is the main circuit in which the relay in part of. This and the one you posted are all I had and they were very adequate.
As for teh Bosch relays, any import auto store should have them. You may get lucky at Radio Shack, but for the 5-prong, probably not.

i will email you sometime, i want to do it, and maybe put in a bluish/white tinted light even though
it's kinda ricey 
i can't help it, i have some plain W5W bulbs in the spot right now, just to fill the hole, but they aren't wired up to anything at all

i just cut the #3 wire from the parking lights and pluged it into the city light spot...
i still have working blinkers but my orange parking lights do not come on with the headlights anymore
