NO, my race chips make much more hp then the street chip. The P09L-6 is a street chip that was just
released after I tested it at the drags. I have 2 custom chips that were made just for me. But those use race fuel.

At first that was what the chip was for. But Garret did some testing and found out that the new
P09L-6 was better then any of the P08 chips and was made for everyone not just California.
