Specifically, I'm looking for the part number 4B0-837-463-B listed on the tech article below.

Are Audi dealerships the best places to find small parts for my 1999 A4 1.8T, or should I go through some online stores? If online, could anyone give me some good websites to find them? THANKS!!!
