Question Two . . . .

My dad was driving my car today and he had the radio on (something I never do) and my display on my Symphony Head Unit was scrolling GEORGIA PUBLIC BROAD CASTING. now will this happen for any radio station with digital outputs? and does this mean that I have Digital Radio? (because I was under the impression that Digital Radio wass new.)

That's just the Radio Data Broadcast System (RDBS or RDS)

It can be turned off using the RDBS button on the radio.
