Quick ? about automatic locks........
Can any of you guys recall if the car automatically locks if only the trunk is open for about 10 seconds? I know that when you unlock the car, but do not open any doors it automatically locks again. (if you are wondering why I'm asking, I'm trying to figure out if I locked my keys in the trunk) bummer, but true.

None of the doors were opened and my car is programmed to automatically lock if none of the doors...
are opened....just wondered if opening the trunk would nullify this code. Thanks though

That's an interesting coding option...
When I unlock my trunk with the key itself, all my doors unlock with it and remain unlocked till I lock it again. If you have access to VAG-COM, could you post the locking code? Then again, I don't have Safty Central Locking enabled, and that may be why. SCL is when you unlock once for driver door, then again for all doors.
