Default quick lighting question...
when i go to turn my headlights on, all my lights come on except for the right side marker light. I thought the bulb was out, but when i turn on the turnsignal it goes on and works fine. Any ideas why its not going on when i turn on my headlights?

The bulb has two filaments, the marker one is bad. Just change it.

Default Don't know about a '99, but on a 99.5 it is possible to change that bulb without having to disable
anything.
