Quick Question about Cam Seals
I'm about to replace cam seals and cam tensioner seal. I know i need two cam tensioner seals and 4 cam seals. I know where the cam tensioner is located but I'm confused as to where the four cam seals are located. Is there one on each camshaft? Two on one camshaft? And if so, on which cam? The intake or exhaust? Are there any other seals or gaskets I can replace while I'm in there? Any help would be great.

You'll need valve cover gaskets and you'll want to do cam plugs (2).
I've posted this before, but here goes:
Standing in front of the car with the hood open and working from left to right:
Bank one exhaust cam: Cam seal in front, cam plug in rear.
Bank one intake cam: Cam seal in front, cam adjuster seal in rear.
Bank two intake cam: Cam adjuster seal in front, cam seal in rear.
Bank two exhaust cam: Cam seal in front, cam plug in rear.

Thanks a bunch for the info., totally clears that up. Sorry if I missed your post, I read Robs tech article and OCDboy's post on the cam adjuster. I've done the VCG recently. Do I need to do it any time I take the VC off? If it's not too much trouble, could you post the link to your thread on this? Thank you!

Valve cover gaskets rarely leak. Most valve cover gaskets are replaced because a cam adjuster seal is mis-diagnosed. I do all the seals at every timing belt service and I have never had a problem with leaks.
You will need new VCG's when you replace the cam adjuster seals.
