Your ABS is engaging before it should.
Drive I am pretty sure you can look at wheel speeds with the VAG-COM, but to be honest, I have never tried. I should with MokeyLovers car, as it does the same thing.
You could either figure out which one it is, or pull and clean all the wheel speed sensors.
Oh, and find a new garage. That should not be hard to diagnose.
