Default quick question- hardwiring my radar.. >

I bought solderless "spade-tongue terminals" guages 22-18 & 16-14 from radio shak tonight (part # 64-3031). Which size should I use in fuse #27 (the 22-18 or 16-14)? Also, I assume I insert the "U" or fork shaped spade terminal into the LEFT SIDE of terminal #27.. so that it makes contact with the copper fuse female connectors, correct?

Default Into the left side...correct.

But you should have bought the blade type connectors, not the spade type connectors.

If you want a cleaner install...search for MarkP's A4 website (I think there is a link under the Links section...Enthusiast Sites). It's not hard...and much cleaner than running wires along the fusebox.

I would also recommend wiring in a fuse on your hot wire.
