Are ramps or jack stands safe? I don't have a garage or perfectly level place to use them.

Default i actually like the factory jack...

i use it all the time...i have two nice floor jacks at my disposal (the 2.5 ton craftsman and the larger 3 ton craftsman high lift suv jack), but the factory jack is faster if i have to change all 4 tires...(i timed myself at about 15-16 minutes for all 4)...and i throw a stand under there, but i don't bother to lower the car onto it if i'm just changing a tire, but just in case

i'm much slower with either of my floors jacks cuz they are heavy and hard to move around quickly.

if you have to do real work on the car then of course the floor jack and stands is the way to go, but if you just have to change a tire real fast, then the factory jack is easier. (also cuz you don't have to look underneath for the right lift point, you can just feel the ridge with your hands and slip it on there)

although i haven't tried just lifting up one side of the car and changing two tires at once (i do this with my civic)...hmmm...i think i can get my times down if i do that...

Rhino ramps work great if your car is lowered. Those yellow metal ones are too steep.

Default I've had a jack fail on me as well....lucky for me it was a very slow drop.....

and was accompanied by a hissing noise. plenty of time for me to get out of the way. Now I will NEVER get under a car without jack stands or a cinder block as back up.
