A recent post got me thinking about the fact that the only times I've experienced the wet braking problem was with my winter tires on Ronal R23's. I've just put the original 8 spoke wheels back on, and haven't yet had a chance to ascertain whether the problem still exists in the wet.
It would be a REALLY good idea to test the brakes with one set of wheels in the rain, then to change them immediately and test them again with the other set. Has anyone ever done this? Results? If I get a chance, I'll be sure to post the results.
