Default Borbet Type "S". 17" x 7.5" $150 new. 19.5 lbs.
Not sure if they make them anymore, though.

Default I guess you need to decide how important
the trade off is. I think the SSR comps are a good trade off. Tires: Hoosiers/ Kumho's/ BFG's/ Yoko's all pretty good, not THAT much difference in price. If you do it for very long/very often you'll have plenty of opportunity to try different tires!

SSR Comps are what I have, but they're expensive. I want OZ Superleggeras for the track.
