Recommended clutch kits? (m)
With the addition of the APR chip and a few other small mods coming, I think its time to do a clutch upgrade soon (stock has 50k so far). Anyone here have any recommendations? I've looked a bit at the AWE, APR and ECS kits but would like to hear some experiences and whatnot. Thanks...

WOA clutches are popular, a couple guys run SPEC, and a couple more southbend clutches...
WOA is an small place that makes clutches for Audis, most the bigger kit guys here have gone with Juan's clutch, though he may not be in the business.
SPEC is a major clutch company in the musclecar world, i believe Yippers here has one of their clutches, and perhaps Matt (Silroan) as well.
Southbend clutch (www.southbendclutch.com) makes a kit for our cars, one or two guys here have them, im sure they can do a good clutch since they appear to be a clutch specalists.
Beyond that you can always go with a Sachs clutch, and perhaps Centerforce makes an A4 clutch.
Remember you have a break-in with a clutch. My WOA SII clutch has 900 miles on it and appears to be holding, though i still won't do any hard launches on it...ill just keep on driving some more before i do.
Cheers,
