You were turning clockwise (looking at the front of the motor)? I believe that'd be reverse thread

Didnt know you had a 30V, but my guess is they are very similar.

I honestly dont recall if mine was reverse or not. Maybe I will go check in a little bit.

Mine never really jammed solid, I had to maintain pressure on the allen wrench to keep things....

from moving.

Can you get the clutch off without removing the radiator?

Mine just started slipping and needs replacement. If I have to take the whole radiator off I'm going to go EFK, if you can do it in the car i'll probably just replace it.

if you were looking at the back of the bolt I turned it to the left. Which would be

clockwise from the front. BUT as I just found out, you are a V6 so I have no idea how it works on you car.
