Default There are 2 plastic tabs toward the bottom and behind the plastic backing

IIRC, you need to get a long flathead screwdriver between the plastic backing and the seat and push the tabs to unhook them.

Default on the topic of being treated like **** because your 19...

im 20, and for a long time the dealer wouldn't give me the time of day (when i was younger), absoulety hated having to go to the dealer. finally i found a service rep who i like and who likes and knows me and now my audi experiences have been fantastic (the guy even offers to drive me to get food when im waiting for my car)...i actually enjoy going to the dealer now because the guy gives me the inside scoop on whats going on there ... anyway the reason im telling you this is because you should try to find a service rep who you like and who will treat you like you actually know what your talking about and then you will get MUCH more help on anything you might need...

Default i know how you came off when you first joined the forums.. if you act like that in real life

id treat you the same way the guys at the dealership did. i think you need to work on some people skills. although you have improved around here lately. hopefully no offense taken from the dumbass comment (it was intended to be light hearted)
