Replaced Wheel Bearing (kit)
Had been hearing noise for a while. Loudest at approximately around 35-40mph. More from the rear slightly right side.
Dealer wasn't able to pinpoint initially, and following gut and service personnel's gut feel/recommendation, allowed them to change the rear right wheel bearing.
Well, the sound has gone and I'm poorer by $341/-
Did the change in the bearing help ? Was the price OK ?

If you have any friends who have lifts and maybe a press...
you should be able to do it yourself. My friend works at JAg service, and hes hooking me up with the parts (bearings left and right for like $120ish). They have several presses (you need some sort of press ot push in the new bearings) available. Hes also gonna hook me up with diff fluid and tranny fluid (they have the audi stock stuff there ..same as Jag uses on some models). IT should save me $200 bucks but, if we take out the bearings and find that I need new hubs after 2 hours work, my friend might kick my *** =\
