My front driver side wheel..makes a whoosh whoosh clicking sound when the wheel is spinning at slow speeds..its really annoying..i have 18' rims and coilovers on..but i dont think thats the problem..ive been having some problems also with my brakes feeling like they crunch hard when i full brake..maybe its relate...how do I fix it?

Check Brake Pads and Discs for wear,
if ther discs are heavily worn the Pads can often drag on the inner surface of the discs(near to hub)where the wear lip is.More likely though, road debris or stone trapped between backplate and disc
or caliper and disc.See it all the time.

Did you get the rims recently?
If they are new rims, it's possible that you're using the wrong size lug bolts. The log bolts used with factory rims don't necessarily work with aftermarket wheels...sometimes they are too short (wheel could fall off), or too long (wheel will bind). I'm thinking that it could be the latter. Just a thought.
