Repost for the weekday crew: Sometimes my car won't give me more than 5 lbs of boost. (m)
I have narrowed it down, to where it only happens when I am barely on the gas for a while and then get on it. It doesn't always happen, but I have noticed that even when I see more than 5 lbs of boost when I do this, my boost gauge seems to pause ever so slightly at 5 lbs before moving past it. Somebody said that I may have a vac leak, but I don't know how to check if I do. I was thinking that I may need to replace my BPV. In case it matters, when I get on it right away, I see the normal ~15 lbs of boost.
