I read the exchange between hwnnights and erikp before I made my post.
When I tried to follow erikp's thread, I got nothing other than the information that 38 people had signed up.
What I want is information not on how many people are participating, but how to participate myself.
Do you have information about the particulars of a group buy to share?

Anyway, thank you for the link. I have emailed the organiser and hope that we're all able to get our cars chipped at a reduced price.
