it is because s2000's very peaky HP curve.
at 6000rpm it has only about 200rwhp.
but by 9000rpm it has about 300rwhp.
At higher speed, I can walk away from E46 more easily because I can stay much higher rpm.
But in 50 mph roll where I start at 3rd gear at 6000rpm, my car walks away sloooowly.
I have vortech system but link below is comptech system which outputs smiliar HP.
Also the Dyno in link is WITHOUT after cooler which tends to have slight less hp than one with aftercooler.<ul><li><a href="http://www.comptechusa.com/images/dyno/s2000_Supercharger.pdf">Comptech SuperCharger Dyno.</a></li></ul>

Re: i didnt know about the rear diff bein the weakest link in the s2000
Since S200 is the ONLY FR Honda, they were too lazy to design new rear end.
They used Miata's rear diff unit which ONLY has 130hp to start with.
btw NSX is MR which is reversed FF.
