Rub-strip coming off door
The black rub-strip is coming loose from my driver-side door. The clips are all in place, but when I put the strip back onto the clips, I can't figure out how to make it "snap" into place so it stays. At first it was only off the back two clips, but now it's pulled away from 4 or 5 of them.
What's the trick for getting it clipped back in place? I'm afraid to push it too hard unless that's what it takes.

might be caput. about $30 to replace, from dealer.
they "slide" over the clips. if they're off, either the entire strip is out of place, or the rubber has broken away from the clips. meaning you have to replace it. happened to me last year.
