Re: For reference, a brand new K04 runs about $800....
i put that price only for hight price but i know it wil lgo down.....two i work for an audi dealer i iknow the prices

Re: Well that must mean that AWE isn't making much money b/c their *KIT* is $1699
they are but what i'm trying to do is logic here higher price it but i know it will drop ever done ecomics?

Well, let's see. Since my appointments include logic AND economics, perhaps I can help you...
You wish to sell your turbos to current A4 owners. You wish to entice them. The turbos you own are identical to the ones currently in our vehicles.
1. A BETTER turbo than the one you sell runs $800 from AWE, Neuspeed, and even a local AW member (Jaime).
2. In order to entice, you need to offer your products at a lower price than one could purchase BETTER products for.
3. To get the best deal, you would want to THEN, and ONLY then select your highest price from that range of prices.
So... You would want to start at $800 apiece, and no higher, then work your way down from there. At least then, you could suggest that purchasing your turbos would be better for those wanting to maintain "stock" setups or something like that.
