i was hopining someone could tell me where can get s4 wheel liners and how much they cost. also, how effective they are

i think you want both sides if you have intake mods
cooler air for the intake, since it's near the hot turbo.
easier to get both, ship both, install both, even if you're only 'planning' an intake mod later.
