Is it just me or do you guys worry about scratches from your passengers' rings as well. This after noticing my brother's scratched up doors and door handles on his Civic and after hearing my mom's ring make a *tik* sound as her hand contacted the door of my baby ... I haven't even gotten the nerve yet to see if it got scratched.

Its like worrying over a hail storm ... will the hail screw up my car .. nuttin can be done abotu it.
i am sure u have chips and dings on your car u don't knwo about.
Just take care of it as much as u can.

The first week i got my car dude .. i got a scratch on a trim for the stereo .. i flipped ! I went ballistic .. wanted a new car ... but u get over it and get to love your baby for what it is and what it can do.

Obviously still take care of it .. don't overlook little **** .. but be EZ like Marky mark and Fresh prince of Belair

AFTER you take out the scratch (that for your sake I hope isn't really there) you might try contacting Stongard (www.stongard.com) The full kit they sell for the A4 includes protector film for the door handle cups. You might be able to just order those. You really can't see them. I have the full kit of Stongard and I love it. Protects the door edge too, for those tight garages!
