Searched. Readiness = all passed but evaporative emissions is "FAILED or incomplete".
Now, this has been this way for months. NO fault codes or CEL in months. I even cleared the non existing fault codes to push all readiness codes to fail. After a few drive cycles they all come back as passed except for that evaporative emissions one. (did this a few times within the past few months)
I've been hesitating on even trying to get it to pass PA state inspection due to this. (I just found out from my audi mechanic buddy that 1 code doesn't = that I fail emissions in PA so I may try to run it through next week)
Again... Absolutely zero fault codes in months.
I'd like to try to figure out what it is... even though I bought a beater to get me around while the beater Audi is out of inspection : )
The only post I found suggested gas cap. (will get it tested next week)
Any particular vacuum hoses I should check out? I replaced a bunch when the hoses for the combi valves were broken last year.
O2s are good
Cats are questionable but they pass readiness.
Thanks>

In most states you will pass with one readniess test still pending.
The best way to pass evap is to drive a long distance on the highway with a light foot on the throttle for extended periods.
