I would take the black Sport cloth seats any day over leather or leatherette. I just love the feel of those seats and jesus they are never hot or cold, just right when you put your ol backside in them.

Leatherette has it's pros and cons...
Pros: Easy to clean, maintain, looks great for a long time. If you have kids, this stuff is the bomb! Cools down in the summer easier than leather.
Cons: Takes on a plasticy feel in the winter (like vinyl), doesn't really look or smell like leather (though dumb people are easily fooled).
