Default If you did an early install (12/00 and earlier)I think your cat is different from mine.
I think APR switched sources as evidenced by some trouble fitting the O2 sensor to the new cat on the recent kits.

Default Did you get a chance to measure hte outlet side of the cat?
I'm talking about the inside diameter. Mine seems to be a little under 2.5".
