Cut costs? PP is leagues ahead of Mobil 1. Did you forget to read the oil report?

In a stock car with oil changes on the dot of the oil lab says with no other issues, you are wrong.

Okay, so you don't have a reason in this scenario, just an opinion that $$ = better.

Default yes. anything with a VW 502 rating is the easiest way to tell you. please do warm ups before boost

and cool down (no boost for a mile or so) before shutting it down.

no coking and your turbo will like you longer.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audiusa.com/etc/medialib/cms4imp/audi2/aoa/company/aoa-specific.Par.0023.File.pdf">Audi / VW 502 &amp; 505 rated oils list</a></li></ul>

0w40 if you're not in a hot climate. never 5w30. 5w40 is what you should get, imo.

Default Mobil 1 5w-30 is apparently failing basic ISLAC Sequence IVb test sequences.

German Syntec 0w-30, ftw. Edge is more money for the same type super-premium product.

Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 seems to work great for a thin oil.

Valvoline is already shipping their GF-5 SynPower products. Look for the 5x better wear than M1 labels.

I'm kinda busy moving these days, and not able to post more than once a day.
