Silver 2000+ A4 disabled on I440 in Raleigh today... What happened?

Silver 2000+ A4 disabled on I440 in Raleigh today... What happened?
All the A4's were coming out of the woodwork today in Raleigh. Spotted 4 of them in less than 20 min. One was a disabled silver 2000+ on the beltline.
What happened to you (assuming you're here) ?
I didn't see anyone around so I didn't stop. The cops put a pink sticker in the back window.

I dont know about the silver A4 but I might have been one of the other A4's rolling around town. I have an Appalachian State University Tag on a Green 2.8 Q
