Smoked an MX-6 this morning....(semi long)
Some high school kid in my neighborhood was behind me riding my bumper on the way to work. He was so close I couldn't even see his front plate. Anyway, we have 2 roundabouts leaving my neighborhood onto the highway. I downshifted to 2nd, got into the clear lane on the inside and proceeded to pull a slight 4 wheel drift through the first roundabout on my snow tires. The kid takes the bait and accelerates behind me, I have already at this point pulled 6 -7 car lengths on him. I look back and he has that car all kinds of sideways, pulls it out though. His buddies in the back must have been having fun. Up comes the second roundabout and constant radius sweeping right onto the highway. I pull a few more car lengths going into the second turn and extend my lead further on the exit. He goes in pretty deep and I hear a good tire squeal, oops, almost hit the curb. I roll into the throttle into the last right and merge comfortably into traffic at 65mph. The speed limit of course. Mr. Mazda is no where behind me to be found. Why do they insist on trying to beat Mr. Quattro? So sad sometimes, but needed.

i hear the resounding echo of
a bitchslap. well done. i don't know what it is, but lately people have been driving *much* more aggressively here in CT (ie, the tailgating, high-beam flashing, etc.)
