shox.com does not sell neuspeed bilsteins......
but they do sell adjustable ht.bilsteins. I just purchased and installed their bilsteins with Audi eurosport springs and got all the drop I wanted on my 00Avant 1.8T. Their rears will only raise the car if the ring is not left in the stock position, you will only get the spring drop. The front you can adjust lower,I set mine for an extra 10mm drop and ended up with about a 13 1/4" center of wheel to fender space, which is the same as I ended up with the rears in stock position. These do not have as many grooves for ht. adjustment up or down as the neu/bils. Fortunately I ended up with the drop and lookm I wanted with this set up. I guesstimate it to be not quite 2" lower than stock and definately lower than sport.

they tell me they dont have soft sport for this car, and that they can be any color
The PN on the spring is the correct PN, they hopefully just need to settle a bunch.

If the springs themselves are the same length, you won't drop much at all..
and if you did, it would only be because the springs were too soft, and you were actually sagging on them.
Are the springs seated correctly?

why not just put your stock sport springs back in and return the Neuspeed sport springs?......
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/13802/caps7.jpg"></center><p>supposedly the stock sport springs and the Neuspeed sport springs have similar spring rates.
If you use the stock sport springs with the Neu-Bils on the lowest perches, you sohuld end up with the ride height shown in this pic (that's my car with the setup I just described).
Then just return the Neuspeed springs along with pictures of the screwy ride heights, and demand a refund.

cause I wanted to be a little lower than yours. Plus I got mine from shox.com, and I ....
have been told now that they don't have any lower grooves in their bilsteins, just higher ones. It is looking like I may have to just put in my old springs, if these don't settle in a little bit. I am having the fronts put in on wednesday, so we will see then.

I had a similar problem with mine...
same set up as you.... Fronts lowered considerably, but the rears didn't change at all. sent pics to neuspeed and they got back to me and said that it was probably just an issue with my car. they are sending me a new set of springs that have been modified to give the drop (he assured me this was ok). so i'll see what happens. installation charges are getting ridiculous, though.
