I waited too late to find an A4 and most of the fun colors and Avants were gone. however, the '02s were out and I got a great deal on my A4.

I never had a light colored car before (dark blue, black, dark green) and with silver being the Audi race color, I opted for that -- and, at the time, I had no idea that there were so many silver Audis

a quick search shows many 2001 A4 1.8TQM cars in the $8500-12,000 range depending upon miles, condition, and mods.

can't blame the guy for trying to get a little extra for a rare Avant.

offer what you think it's worth, if it's something you'd want.

If you want a cheaper A4, then stop looking for something so specific.
