Default So let me get something straight....

If I figure out how to do a mod, post it here, make it free open game for anyone to do, tell people what parts I used, and how to do it themselves, and not as for 1 penny.... this is infringing on some fvcking adervister? If so...I want to know what advertiser, because I will never ever buy a product from them.

I hope that's not the case. If so, either change it or it's time to move on.

Default That doesn't seem to be the case.

It's people that do all of the above, but charge for the finished products.

Default Sounds like it.

With all the "thanks ToyGuy for the shifter mod" and "another ToyGuy shifter mod here!" that were splattered all over the S4 forum.....I guess some advertisers saw that as infringing into their shortshifter market. After all, people were very pleased with the ToyGuy shifter mod. I think the problem lies in the fact that he sold them. I don't know to what extent he "advertised" though. Sure, you can document a modification and tell everyone how to do it....but I guess the line is drawn when you start selling it (and using the forums to propagate). These are only my assumptions from what I know....

Andy
