Sorta OT. Need some digital camera help
Ok. I can't find the cd for the program that came with my camera. I think it was a program called photomax. Can I use any other programs to grab the photos off my camera (like photoshop or something)? It's a polaroid camera with a serial connection (for now, yuck).
Need to get some room on it to take a bunch of pictures this weekend at APR.

does it use a twain driver? If it does, you can probably download the driver...
...and photoshop can IMPORT pics using the twain RS-232 driver (serial port).

I have had mine for about 2 years and I gotta tell you, it is worht the money to buy an external disk reader that is USB compatible.
What camera do you have and what type of memory/film does it use? You can buy Compact flash that is USB enabled with a "Jump Cable" that serves as an external disk drive.
