First a review. I got a ticket for going 77 in 55, and in VA that is a reckless driving ticket. The thing that is cool, is that I did not sign the ticktet.

I meet with my lawyer on friday, and his advice was to not go to court. YOu see when you sign the ticket you promiss to go to court He said that when they notice that I did not sign the ticket, the judge will ask the cop if he wants to serve a warrent on my ***, and unless the cop is a jerk he will just say forget, and I will be cool

Now the cop might want to come get me. In that case I will have to show up at court, and my lawyer will show up with me.

What do you all think about all this?

I am sure I deserive to get in lots of trouble...but it would be nice if I don't

... I'm pretty sure we all break the speed limit. But once in a while be prepared to pay the price.

.... it's only a speeding ticket, not as if ya getting away with murder is it! If you get off it's a bonus. Although in England the traffic police, 90% of the time, always hide in the same place and you just get to know where! So next time don't get caught! ;-))
