Stuff needed to help you waste 8 hours cleaning your A4.............
The 3M Imperial Hand Glaze is much more effective than the One Grand Omega Glaze IMO. The former is easier to put on and easier to take off. It seems to produce a deeper gloss than the Omega Glaze, which is more like a polish than glaze. IronMike says this is because the IHG is a true glaze with slightly abrasive ingredients while the Omega Glaze is not abrasive at all even though it claims to reduce swirl marks. I used the latter on the hood and the former on the rest of the car. The hood was indeed not as smooth or glossy as the other parts.
I had purchased that bottle of 3M Liquid Wax to try out because I thought it'd be much easier to apply than the Blitz Wax, but then I remembered that it's not wise to apply waxes with silicates. It's supposedly not good for the paint.
The whole process took me 8 hours, split into two days. The first day I washed and clay-bar-ed. The second day I cleaned the paint using One Grand Special Touch cleaner. Then I glazed it, and finally waxed it.

3M Perfect-It Show Car Wax is recommended by AoA.

I recomment it too....with buffer, though
I use a foam pad to apply 3M swirl remover for dark cars, terry pad to remove it, terry pad to apply wax and polishing pad to for final buff. All after a nice clay bar job.
