Switchblade key question
I have a 96 A4 that comes with a seperate keyless entry pad with unlock and lock only. Can I buy a switchblade key off of say ebay and get the key cut to fit my car and get the keyless entry programed as well?

The key is different in shape, the slot is different. The locks are different. The Alarm module is different and the locking mechanism is different.
If you wanna spend a LOT of money to convert it, then yes, otherwise no.
Pay the $135 for the crappy little remote and deal.
