Sylvania silverstar bulbs make any difference?

I have 9007 on a G2 Integra -- makes world of a difference in that car; which ahs 9004 bulbs as stock. The light is whiter, but I've found that to be annoying in winter driving -- light scatter over wet pavement makes it hard to see things. Otherwise a good buy. I've had my bulbs on for ~1.5 years.

I got a pretty much everything included set off ebay.
it ran me 188 bucks, which is dirt cheap. There is a set in the classifieds for 250 I think right now. It's not hard, it just takes patience. There is a tutorial on Audizine.com on how to convert. WELL WORTH IT!
