When were the tail lights on the A4 changed? I'm selling the stock lights off a very early 98 and I'm not sure what years they are compatible with. Thanks.

96-97 have amber
98* has red, with square reverse
98.5-99 has red with rectangle reverse in the 2nd slot from the top
99.5-00 has red with rectangle revers in the 3rd slot from the top

*"Early" 98 2.8's were not yet redesigned and still have amber in them, as is my understanding (DaveL?)
