Default Taking apart the trunk in an Avant?

Does anyone know how to take the back apart in an Avant, I tried this morning and I was unable to take off a couple of screws. Does the Bently manual cover this, the childston didn't or whatever the other one is...

Default first off, you don't have a trunk...

but on to your question...

you will have to remove all 4 tie down hooks... and to get the sides ALL the way off, you will need to remove the back seat anchor posts that stick out. Haven't removed those yet...

Default I honestly have no idea how to remove those posts...

I put an amp back where the CDC was, and I moved as much as I could aside from the posts... and that was enough for me....

I will figure out those posts eventually, as I am gonne get a harness bar for the car, and it goes there.

I always referred to it as "way back" or "tailgate area"... but I was just teasing you about the trunk part...

Default generally you need to remove every thing around them.

remove side panel, remove tailgate seal in area of loading edge/side panel, remove loading edge, lift front edge of cover for seatbelt and unclip, lift up cover for latch bracket for rear backrest, remove cap, disassemble tie-downs, remove bolts (3), unclip side trim and pull up over belt guide and latch bracket. from bentley. have fun!

Default Do you have the bently manual?

Does it say how to take out those rear seat anchors? I tried with a cordless drill and it wouldn't go.
