Just noticed some tears/cuts in the passenger side seat belt. One cuts almost halfway across, the others are less than 1/4 inch. I don't use a child seat, and the retractor seems fine, so I'm at a loss as to how these happened. Maybe my dog, though he's not a chewer and they look too linear for dog bites.

Anyway, anybody else ever get these and figure out why? And should this be covered under warranty?
