shrug dont know .... leave it or go to your insurance and get it replaced or ... you can just buy new rims ..... or this would be a great excuse to get bigger rims =P

Dented mine in a pothole a while back (more)....
You're not the only one with a dinky spare! I was most surprised since this is the first time I ever had to look. I ended up just buying a new wheel.
It cost me about $300 for a new tire (which actually blew out when I hit the pothol) and a so-called used rim, plus labor. The dealer said they had extras from people who bought new A4s but wanted different wheels. They couldn't sell them as new, but they were never really out on the road.
I just had the new wheel balanced a second time...and yet I still feel vibrations.....I'm starting to wonder if I bent the rim on the other side....$#$#@F@#
