Thank You Neuspeed...
I bought my Neuspeed exhaust years ago before it was widely known about their sound problem. Well, this fall my flex joint in the downpipe cracked and eventually broke. I did not have access to a tig so I took it apart and braised it back together. This help for a month or so unitl it broke again. At this point I called Neuspeed inquiring about prices. Going out on a limb I bitched about manufactuer's defect and the low miles on the exhaust. I ended up purchasing a new dp @ $250 and once I installed that I sent the broken one back to Neuspeed where if they determined that it was defect related they would refund the $250 I just spent minus the $45 shipping and handling they charged. By the way my exhaust is out of warranty. It's been 1.5 months since I sent the dp back and never heard anything from them. I left messages and they never returned any. So, I figured that I would be swallowing the $250. Today while checking my credit card statements online I had the $250 credit from Neuspeed. Thank you. In all, I spent $45 to cover there shipping and handling (rip off). I was able to send the broken pipe back to them for under $4.

I wouldnt call that good.
non communication is not good in any way shape or form. Non communication is rude and nasty.... If you want an example of good customer servcie in our community then its mikekim@purems.
